At El Pescador, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we sell fresh and perishable seafood products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the products and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement product (where possible)
A partial refund
A full refund for the affected item
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Products that have not been refrigerated after delivery.
Orders where the delivery was delayed because nobody was available to receive the parcel.
Personal taste preferences.

Delivery Notice
We are not responsible if the courier is unable to deliver your order because nobody is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. All parcels require a signature upon delivery. Saturday deliveries are made by 1:00 PM, so someone must be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. If delivery is missed and the courier reschedules it for the next working day, El Pescador accepts no responsibility for any delays or for the condition of perishable goods resulting from the failed delivery.
