By placing an order with ElPescador, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders
Orders can be placed any day of the week.
To receive your order in the current week's delivery, your order must be placed no later than Tuesday.
Orders placed after Tuesday will automatically be prepared for the following week's delivery.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may contact us by phone to check whether additional stock is available for the current week.

How to Place an Order
To place an order, please provide:

• Full Name

• Phone Number

• Products and Quantity

• Delivery Address or Collection

If you choose delivery, please ensure your address is complete and correct, including apartment number, unit number or gate code where applicable.

Payment
After your products have been weighed, we will contact you with the final total amount and payment details.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Prices may change without prior notice.

Some products are available for collection from:

Customers choosing collection will be contacted by phone or email when their order is ready.

Liability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
ElPescador reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
