Return & Refund Policy
At El Pescador, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we sell fresh and perishable seafood products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the products and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement product (where possible)
A partial refund
A full refund for the affected item
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Products that have not been refrigerated after delivery.
Orders where the delivery was delayed because nobody was available to receive the parcel.

ORDER SCHEDULE:
Orders placed up to Tuesday are prepared for dispatch on Friday.
Orders received after Tuesday will be processed for the following week's dispatch (subject to stock availability).

Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders over £250 qualify for FREE UK delivery.
