To ensure our products arrive in perfect condition, every order is professionally vacuum packed, placed in an insulated thermal box and shipped with ice packs to maintain the correct temperature throughout delivery. We use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery so our customers receive their seafood quickly and safely.
Orders are prepared on a weekly schedule, allowing us to maintain the highest level of freshness. Customers can place their orders at any time during the week, with Tuesday being the deadline for Saturday delivery. This process allows us to prepare each order carefully rather than rushing production, ensuring every customer receives products they can enjoy with confidence.
